Sketches

I drew out a few thumbnails of some ideas i had for my homepage.

Homepage

i took my favourite design and created it in photoshop, then started to play around with the background.

I looked at using a different typeface as the one i had was a little too cramped and bold.

This is my final design.

Next i looked at how the drop down menu was going to look like.

i looked at leading and what pages i was going to have in my website.

About page

For my about page i kept the same template with the drop menu and the background as i wanted to keep the same theme throughout my website. I added in the title and paragraph in the centre of the page.

Gallery

For the gallery page i decided that i would showcase my work in circles. I had an idea to have the images black and white, then when you hover over them they light up.

Links

Contacts

The links and contact page is set up very similarly to the about page having everything central aligned.

Quick logo development - Portfolio Website

Quick logo development

For my website i needed to create a quick logo to use in my portfolio.

I started off putting my initials together and using different fonts.

This font looked smart but simple and i really liked how the G and M linked really well.

I developed my logo design, making a few changes to the font.

For my final design i added a circle round the initials which i felt gave the initials an overall logo look.
